PC Pump specific torque anchor is made up of cam connector, wiper block, slip etc.

1)Operating Principle
When the PCP is in operation, the cam connector of tubing anchor would turn with stator, because of the dip angles on the cam connector, three slips would be unfolded up at the same time and anchored on the casing safely. Then normal operation of PCP can be realized. Turn it left for times three slips would retract at the same time, then unsetting can be realized.
2)Applications
- Lay the tubing box end up (following the mark on the tubing anchor) connect it to the rod string as required. Connecting threads should be screwed tight;
- Land it downhole;
- Start the motor, anchorage achieved;
- When unsetting, turn left for times and pull it up directly.
3)Technical Features
- Simple operation. Automatic anchorage;
- Special structure of slip makes it possible to be anchored on different kinds of tubing;
- Stable running, high reliability and fully automatic unsetting;
- Regular slide rail is eliminated and sand intrusion can be avoided effectively;
- Automatic setting avoids tubing deformation effectively and prolongs the working life;
- Reduce the damage to the tubing when setting.
